SCOTTSBLUFF, NE – Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE) officially files for reelection to represent Nebraska’s Third District in the U.S. House of Representatives. Smith, a lifelong resident of Gering, has been a leader in Congress fighting to reduce taxes, cut spending and advocate for agriculture and trade issues facing rural Nebraska.

“Nebraska’s Third District wants a strong conservative in Washington,” said Smith. “Third District residents know what is at stake in this election. Speaker Pelosi and her Democrat allies want to destroy rural Nebraska with socialist policies like the Green New Deal.

“Along with Nebraskans, I will continue to fight for commonsense solutions and conservative principles. I am proud of my record in the House and my work with President Trump and his administration to put American on a stronger path.”
